Aid Stations
There are 6 fully stocked aid stations along the course.
AS1 - 12.5kms - Rakahuri Cones Road Picnic Area
AS2 - 25kms - Waikuku Beach
AS3 - 37.5kms - Kairaki Beach - Drop Bag & Team Changeover
AS4 - 50kms - Kaiapoi Island
AS5 - 61.5kms - Spencer Beach Surf Club - Drop Bag & Team Changeover
AS6 - 68kms - Broad Park Waimairi Beach
Last Chance Water Station - 76kms - Pukeko Stilt​
All Aid Stations will have fresh water, Pure Electrolyte drink, fruit, bars and other foods manned by friendly volunteers who are there to help and support you.​

Full crew support is allowed at each aid station apart from the final water station. No crew support outside of the aid stations is permitted.
​
Drops Bags will be transported to Aid Stations 3 & 5 from the start and then transported to the finish.
​
